BullionStar accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin as cryptocurrency payment for its products. Customers can also view product prices, spot prices, charts, account history and the Cash & Bullion Dashboard in these cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin Payments
To pay with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum or Litecoin, select your preferred cryptocurrency in the currency dropdown to the upper right of the screen. The selected cryptocurrency will automatically be selected as the default payment method in the Checkout when you have selected it as currency. When you have placed your order, you will receive a unique cryptocurrency address on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail to which you must initiate your payment within 20 minutes. If you are settling in Bitcoins, please send your bitcoin transaction with priority fees to ensure that we receive the Bitcoins in a timely manner. You will be updated with a payment confirmation e-mail and SMS text message automatically as soon as we have received the required number of confirmations for your payment. Please ensure that you select the correct preferred cryptocurrency as your currency and payment method as we are not responsible for cryptocurrency sent incorrectly or incorrectly stated crytocurrency addresses by the customer.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Etherum or Litecoin Payments - Step by Step
Step 1: Select your preferred cryptocurrency
Step 2: Go to your desired product category such as e.g. "Gold Bars" to view prices denominated in the preferred cryptocurrency. In the example below we can see that the price for one Bullionstar Mint - Gold Bars with No Spread - 100 g at the time of writing was BTC 0.66259474.
Step 3: Add your desired product to the Shopping Cart by filling in the quantity to the left of the "Add to Cart" button and click on "Add to Cart". In the below example, one piece of the Bullionstar Gold Bar has been added to the Shopping Cart.
Step 4: The item will be added to your Shopping Cart and a pop-up box will appear showing the item added. From the pop-up, you have the option of either "Continue Shopping" or go to the Checkout by selecting "Proceed to Checkout". Repeat step 3 to add more products to the Shopping Cart or click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the pop-up box when you are finished shopping.
Step 5: In the Checkout, your selected cryptocurrency will be selected per default as your payment method. Select delivery method and fill in/edit your customer information if required. If you are placing an order for Vault Storage for the first time, you will also have to select a PIN code which will be mandatory to enter in subsequent transactions. If you have previously selected your PIN code, input the PIN code under "Account Verification" if requested. Check the checkboxes to indicate that you agree with the Terms and Conditions and agree that your order is binding. Then click "Place Your Order" to place your order.
Step 6: An order confirmation page will appear. Your order number, your ordered products, customer information and the cryptocurrency payment information i.e. the amount and cryptocurrency address can be found on the order confirmation page. The order confirmation is also sent to your e-mail address. The unique cryptocurrency address to which you have to send your cryptocurrency payment within 20 minutes is listed on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail.
Step 7: You will be updated with a payment received order status e-mail and an SMS text message automatically as soon as we have received the required number of confirmations for your cryptocurrency payment. We will thereafter process your order.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin as Currency
By selecting Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum or Litecoin as currency, you can view all prices, spot prices, charts, account history, portfolio values etc. denominated in your preferred cryptocurrency. See examples below:

Q: Can I buy all products paying in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin?
Q: What is the minimum and maximum amount allowed for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin payments?
A: There is no minimum buy or sell amount. The maximum amount for buy orders is currently BTC 200/BCH 800/ETH 1200/LTC 2000 per transaction. The maximum amount for sell orders is currently BTC 30/BCH 150/ETH 200/LTC 300. Please contact us if you would like to settle an order with a higher amount as we may be able to assist you.
Q: Within what timeframe do I have to send the Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin payment?
A: The cryptocurrency payment has to be initiated within 20 minutes of placing the order. For Bitcoins, please send your Bitcoin transaction with priority fees to ensure that we receive the Bitcoins in a timely manner.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No, there are no cancellation rights. The reason for that is that precious metals prices fluctuate beyond the control of BullionStar. You may, however, always sell back previously bought products to BullionStar.
Q: What happens if I don't pay for my order?
A: An administration fee of SGD 60 plus a fee for any market development negative to BullionStar is charged and invoiced.
Q: How many confirmations is necessary before you release the products?
A: 6 confirmations are necessary which can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours. An automatic payment confirmation e-mail and an SMS text message is sent out as soon as we have received your payment.
Q: Can I sell products to BullionStar and settle in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum or Litecoin?
A: Yes, you can place a sell order settled in cryptocurrency. The maximum amount is currently BTC 30/BCH 150/ETH 200/LTC 300 per transaction. If you would like to place a sell order for a larger amount than BTC 30/BCH 150/ETH 200/LTC 300, please contact us to enquire whether we can settle your sell order in your desired cryptocurrency.
Q: What happens if I, for a buy order, inadvertently send the cryptocurrency to the incorrect cryptocurrency address or send a cryptocurrency to an address for another cryptocurrency?
A: Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible and you may lose your funds. It is essential that you double check that you have selected the correct preferred cryptocurrency and that you send the cryptocurrency to the correct cryptocurrency address. Please note that you as the Customer is responsible to select the correct preferred cryptocurrency and send the cryptocurrency to the correct cryptocurrency address as stated on your order confirmation. BullionStar takes no responsibility whatsoever for incorrectly selected cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrency sent to incorrect cryptocurrency addresses.
Q: What happens if I inadvertently state an incorrect cryptocurrency address for a sell order?
A: Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. If BullionStar has already sent cryptocurrency to an incorrectly stated address as per your instructions, you may not receive the cryptocurrency. It is essential that you double check that you have selected the correct preferred cryptocurrency and stated the cryptocurrency address correctly in its entirety. Please note that you as the Customer is responsible to select the correct preferred cryptocurrency and state the correct cryptocurrency address. BullionStar takes no responsibility whatsoever for incorrectly selected cryptocurrencies or incorrectly stated cryptocurrency addresses.
