The 2023 1 oz silver Royal Arms coin is issued by the United Kingdom and produced by The Royal Mint in Wales. The series features the Royal Coat of Arms of the British monarch. 2023 was the first year the series featured King Charles III.

Each 2023 Royal Arms 1 oz silver coin has a diameter of 38.61 mm, and contains one troy ounce (31.1 grams) of 999 fine silver. They are legal tender in the UK with a face value of £2, and offer an alternate British bullion coin for investors and collectors.

The reverse of the 2023 Royal Arms 1oz silver coin shows the coat of arms, with a crowned shield in the centre, with lion and unicorn on either side. It also features the words ‘DIEU ET MON DROIT’, which means ‘God and my right’, the motto of the monarchy. The obverse of the coin displays the official effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, by Martin Jennings (MJ). The coin’s face value of “2 POUNDS” is also featured. The obverse uses a guilloche pattern on the field for visual effect and security.
