Celebrating the Chinese Year of the Dragon, this 1 oz silver bullion lunar coin is minted by Australia’s Perth Mint in 0.9999 fine silver.

Newly issued for 2024, the Rabbit is the fifth of the twelve animals in the Chinese zodiac. The personality traits of people born in the year of the dragon are: charismatic, intelligent, confident, powerful and they are naturally lucky and gifted.

The reverse of the 1 oz silver lunar coin features striking imagery of a Dragon among clouds with the Chinese character for Dragon displayed in a contemporary style along with the year 2024.

The obverse of the coin features a Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Australia’s monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, and the coin’s weight and silver purity “1 oz 9999 Ag”.

The Perth Mint’s Year of the Dragon 1 oz silver bullion coin has a limited mintage of 300,000 pieces. Each coin comes presented in a protective coin capsule.
