The 2 oz gold bullion Lunar has a gold purity or fineness of 0.9999, and is essentially pure gold.

The Year of the Ox coin is the second coin to be issued in the New Perth Mint Lunar Series 3. Running from 2020 to 2032, the Perth Mint's latest Lunar series of coins will feature the 12 animals In the Chinese Lunar calendar.

The reverse of the 2 oz gold coin features majestic detail of an Ox with the Chinese character for Ox displayed in a contemporary style along with the year 2021.
