For international shipping, please add your desired items to the shopping cart and go to the checkout to view shipping and insurance costs.
We ship every order in discreet, tamper-proof packaging to ensure security and confidentiality. The sender’s address gives no hint of the parcel’s contents.
All shipments are insured for full replacement value. BullionStar always bears the risk of your shipment until you have received the parcel/s.
Items shown as “In Stock” are usually shipped within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared.
Each package is assigned a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress all the way to your doorstep.
BullionStar holds stock in multiple global locations. While Singapore stock ships worldwide, United States or New Zealand customers can often enjoy lower shipping rates by choosing products from their respective regional stock.
Q: What are the shipping, insurance and handling charges for orders in Singapore?
A: Orders being shipped within Singapore are FREE, including all handling and insurance, for all orders. For orders being shipped internationally from Singapore, the Shipping fee, and Insurance is calculated during check out.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Once your payment has cleared, we will typically ship your order within 1-2 business days for items listed as In Stock. The expected shipping date is indicated in the checkout and on your e-mail order confirmation.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track the order status and shipping progress from order placement to delivery. We will send you an e-mail payment confirmation and SMS text message when we have processed your payment and again update you with the tracking number of your parcel/s when we have dispatched your order.
Q: Is my order insured?
A: BullionStar fully insures all shipments for full replacement value until you have received your parcel/s. In the unlikely event a parcel is confirmed to be lost, you will receive a replacement shipment or a refund. Please contact us in case you suspect that there's an issue with your shipment.
Q: What should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?
A: We recommend that you decline to collect or sign for any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with and immediately contact us.
Q: My package has not been delivered. What should I do?
A: Delays sometimes occur. We appreciate your patience to wait for your package before contacting us. Should your package not have arrived following 7 days from the time you received the e-mail notification of the order being dispatched, please contact BullionStar so that we can conduct an investigation. We may ask you to file a police report if the loss is suspected to be due to theft. If your package is confirmed to be lost following our investigation, you will receive a replacement order or a refund.
Q: When are orders listed as "Pre-Sale" shipped?
A: If the status of your products is listed as Pre-Sale on the website or in the checkout, your order will ship when all products on the order are available for shipping. The expected shipping date is indicated in the checkout and on your e-mail order confirmation.
Q: How do you package orders?
A: All packages are carefully and discreetly wrapped. All items are securely packaged in protective packaging to prevent the items from shifting during shipping.
Q: What carriers/couriers do you ship with?
A: Domestic orders within Singapore are shipped with Loomis, BRINKS or Pickupp. International orders are shipped with Loomis, BRINKS, FedEx, or UPS. All shipments are fully insured by BullionStar.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Orders from the Singapore stock location can be shipped internationally. The full list of countries we ship to can be seen on the checkout page. BullionStar offers stock inventory in several locations worldwide. For US and New Zealand customers, the shipping rate will be lower if you go to the United States or New Zealand stock location. For the US stock location, BullionStar only ships domestically within The United States.
Q: Is a signature required for my shipment?
A: All international shipments require a signature upon delivery of items. Please contact us in advance if you wish to appoint someone else to collect on your behalf.
