Withdraw Bullion from My Vault
With My Vault Storage®, you can place an order to physically withdraw your bullion products anytime online.
It's easy and straightforward to physically withdraw your precious metals. Place an order in accordance to the guidelines below and proceed to pick up your metal at BullionStar's shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road, Singapore 059398 or have the metals shipped to you.
Guide for how to physically withdraw bullion stored with BullionStar as your storage provider:
Step 1: Login to your account and go to “My Vault Storage®”
Step 2: Click on “Withdraw Bullion” .
Step 3: Indicate the quantity of each item you would like to withdraw in the respective fields under the "Quantity to Withdraw" column.
Step 4: Click on “Proceed”.Step 5: Select delivery method by clicking on the arrow in the "Delivery" field. You can personally collect (pick up) your products at our shop at 45 New Bridge Road or have your bullion products shipped to you.
Step 6: Select payment method by clicking on the arrow in the "Payment Options" field. You can pay by bank transfer, by cheque, cash, NETS or Bitcoins. Withdrawals/conversions of BSP Grams to physical bars are free of charge. There is a fixed fee of SGD 129 per instance of withdrawal for other bullion products regardless of the quantity withdrawn.Step 7: Read the Terms and Conditions and check the checkbox if you agree to them. Lastly, check the checkbox to acknowledge that your order is binding.
Step 8: An order confirmation page will appear. The order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail.
Step 9: BullionStar will process your vault withdrawal.
Step 10: Proceed to BullionStar's shop at 45 New Bridge Road to pick up your bullion if you have selected "Personal Collection (Pick-up)" as your delivery method. If you have selected "Shipping by Courier" as your delivery method, BullionStar will send your items via insured delivery as soon as your payment has been received and your withdrawal has been processed.
