This 10 oz silver bullion coin is minted by Britain’s Royal Mint and is one of the ten coins in the unique Queen’s Beasts series showcasing royal heraldry.

Minted in 99.99% pure silver, the 10 oz silver coin features striking imagery of the Falcon of the Plantagenets. In medieval England, falcons were used for hunting and falconry was a skill practiced by knights and noblemen.

The reverse of the coin features a powerful falcon perched on top of a shield and fetterlock, with a chainmail design behind. This design is by Royal Mint coin designer Jody Clark.

The observe of the silver Falcon coin features a portrait of Britain’s monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, also by Jody Clark.

The 10 ounce denomination is the largest silver coin in the Queen’s Beast series and the coin is legal tender in the UK with a nominal face value of £10.
