The year 2018 marks the 30th anniversary of our iconic Silver Maple Leaf bullion coin. This very special numismatic release includes a Royal Canadian Mint first: incuse-struck images on both sides of the 3 oz coin.

The obverse of the coin features Walter Ott’s iconic maple leaf design from the original Silver Maple Leaf bullion coin release in 1988. The realistic sugar maple leaf is incuse-struck into the surface of the coin.

The reverse features the words “CANADA” and “FINE SILVER 3 OZ ARGENT PUR” as well as the purity standard of “9999”.

This release is limited to a maximum mintage of 3,000.
