The Isle of Man Gold Bullion Angel coin is the best known coin from Pobjoy Mint.
First issued by Isle of Man in 1984, it won the mint the 'Best Gold Coin' award in the USA for the Gold Angel.
Pobjoy Mint is operated by the Pobjoy family in the UK and has been associated with fine metalwork since the Middle Ages.
The obverse of the Gold Angel features Queen Elizabeth II, and the reverse shows the archangel Michael slaying a dragon.
