The 1988 Panda 1/2 oz gold coin is a bullion product issued by the People’s Republic of China, and produced at the Shanghai Mint or Shenyang Mint. The Chinese Panda coins are a popular release with collectors due to their changing annual designs featuring the charming Giant Panda.
