Minted by the Chinese State and issued by the Chinese central bank, this 2021 gold and silver Chinese colourized Lunar Year of the Ox coin set consists of a 3 g gold coin and a 30 g silver coin minted in .999 purity.

The reverse features the Chinese Mint's interpretation of the Ox and the obverse features the national emblem of the People’s Republic of China with Chinese traditional auspicious patterns, country name, and the year of issue.

This would make an excellent gift during Chinese New Year or for those born in the Year of the Ox.

The silver 30 g Ox is limited to a maximum mintage of 200,000 and the gold 3 g Ox is limited to a maximum mintage of 120,000.
