Withdrawal for Bullion Savings Program
You can convert/withdraw your Bullion Savings Program (BSP) Grams to physical bullion anytime.
BSP Gold Grams can be converted in increments of 100 grams to 100 gram PAMP Gold Cast Bars.
Guide for converting and physically withdrawing BSP Grams.
Step 1: Login to your account and go to “My Vault Storage®”.
Step 2: Click on “Withdraw Bullion”.
Step 3: Scroll down to the section for "Withdraw Bullion Savings Program (BSP)".
Step 4: Indicate the quantity of bullion bars to withdraw/convert for each metal in the respective fields under "Bars to Withdraw". The required amount of BSP Grams will be calculated automatically in the column "BSP Grams Required".
Step 5: Click on “Proceed”.Step 6: Select delivery method by clicking on the arrow in the "Delivery" field. You can personally collect (pick up) your products at our shop at 45 New Bridge Road, have your bullion products shipped to you or store your bullion with BullionStar's vault storage solution, "My Vault Storage®".
Step 7: Read the Terms and Conditions and check the checkbox if you agree to them. Lastly, check the checkbox to acknowledge that your order is binding.
Step 8: An order confirmation page will appear. The order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail.
Step 9: BullionStar will process your vault withdrawal.
Step 10: Proceed to BullionStar's shop at 45 New Bridge Road to pick up your bullion if you have selected "Personal Collection (Pick-up)" as your delivery method. If you have selected "Shipping by Courier" as your delivery method, BullionStar will send your delivery via courier as soon as your payment has been received and your withdrawal has been processed. If you selected "My Vault Storage" as your delivery method, BullionStar will process your bullion into vault storage and notify you accordingly via e-mail when completed.
