The Metalor 1 kilogram investment silver bar is a cast silver bar with a 99.9% silver purity, a matt finish, and rounded edges.
Metalor, based in Marin-Epagnier in the Swiss Canton of Neuchâtel, is one of the world’s oldest and most famous precious metals refineries.
The front face of the Metalor 1 kg cast silver bar is embossed with the Metalor refinery name, the location ‘Switzerland’, and the Metalor assay mark of “Essayeur Fondeur” and a triangle with the letters MP within.
The bar is also embossed with the weight, 1 kilo, and silver purity 999.9. Each bar has dimensions of 117 mm x 52 mm x 14 mm.
Each 1 kg Metalor cast silver bar also has its own unique 7-digit serial number inscribed on the front face, and may or may not come with an accompanying Certificate of Authenticity.
As well as Switzerland, Metalor also operates precious metals refineries in the US, Hong Kong and Singapore, making Metalor silver bars highly liquid as an investment and instantly recognisable worldwide.
