The 1 oz Canadian Bobcat gold coin is minted by the Royal Canadian Mint in 99.999% pure gold and has the highest gold content of any gold bullion coin on the market.

The reverse of the coin features a striking and detailed image of a Bobcat ferociously roaring against a stylized background. The reverse face also contains the word ‘CANADA’ and the coin’s weight and fine gold purity 99999.

The obverse of the gold Bobcat coins features a head portrait of Canada’s monarch Queen Elizabeth II by designer Susanna Blunt.

Each Bobcat gold coin comes presented in a secure capsule within a handsome presentation card. The back of the presentation card doubles as the coin’s assay card and guarantees the authenticity and fine gold content of the coin.

The Bobcat is the seventh bullion coin in the RCM’s Call of the Wild series which was first issued in 2014 and which has included coins featuring animals of the Canadian wilderness such as the Grizzy Bear, Eagle, Moose and Elk.
