On the obverse, the twin figures of Saint Benedict and Saint Scholastica symbolize the enduring legacy of monastic life, while the reverse depicts a monk carefully copying manuscripts — a stirring homage to the light of knowledge preserved through history.

Each coin is minted in .986 purity and contains 10 grams of pure gold. The coin weighs 10.14 grams.
