Up for bidding is 2023 1/4 oz Mexican Gold Libertad Coin. The Mexican Libertad is produced by the Casa de Moneda de Mexico, Mexico's national mint, in denominations of 1/20 oz, 1/10 oz, 1/4 oz, 1/2 oz, and 1 oz.
The obverse of the Mexican Libertad features Mexico's coat of arms, and the reverse shows an angel in the foreground, with volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl in the background.
Due to its' erratic release schedule and usually low mintage numbers, the Mexican Gold Libertad is a coin highly sought after by collectors.
The 2023 edition is limited to a maximum mintage of 1000.
