Product Manager (E-Commerce)

We’re expanding our product team to strengthen our e-commerce platform, improve customer experience, and build features that support BullionStar’s next phase of growth.

 

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager (E-Commerce) to drive the evolution of our e-commerce platform. You’ll shape what we build and why — by working closely with business leaders to align product direction with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.

You’ll work with leaders to understand objectives and trade-offs, with engineers to explore what’s technically possible, and with designers to ensure what we build feels right to the customer. Your day-to-day includes shaping the roadmap, resolving cross-team decisions, and keeping projects moving toward measurable outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive and manage the product roadmap for BullionStar’s e-commerce platform.
  • Shape and deliver initiatives from concept to launch — translating business context into clear requirements, measurable goals, and reliable execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate product ideas into reliable, scalable features that meet both user and business needs.
  • Measure outcomes, not just output — use analytics and user feedback to assess performance and guide iteration.
  • Maintain clarity and accountability through clear documentation, transparent updates, and structured release planning.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and collaboration practices to raise delivery quality and speed.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing or scaling transactional or e-commerce web products.
  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including APIs, integrations, UI/UX concepts, analytics.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker who can simplify technical discussions and align teams to deliver measurable results.
  • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-driven, independent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.

 

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with SEO, site performance optimization, or digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience running A/B tests or experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar.
  • Understanding of how marketing, operations, and product intersect to drive growth and retention.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: SGD 5,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience and skill fit)
  • Bonus: Up to 3 months’ salary (minimum 1-month guaranteed)
