Koi fish are symbolic of harmony, while the Chinese yin yang represents opposing yet balancing forces.

The reverse of the coin portrays a yin yang symbol with black and polished teardrop-shaped halves, each featuring the image of a koi. The interdependence of the fish is represented by the seed of its rival in the form of a black freshwater pearl on the head of the polished koi, and a white freshwater pearl on the head of the black koi. Also included in the design is The Perth Mint's "P" mint mark.

This coin is minted in .9999 fine silver and comes with a nice clamshell box with outer box to make it an excellent gift or addition to your collection!
